It is realized well by every telecommunication companies including Bakrie Telecom and Telkom that they should expand their telecommunication services to gain much more revenue and keep their mobile telecommunication subscribers. The new telecommunication service which called Value Added Service (VAS) is new innovation of telecommunication to create more attractive and valuable of services. VAS is customized service that any time they can change, modify or remove once they did not meet the market requirement. The opportunity of VAS service is very big. Innovation of VAS service which promoted by telecommunication companies will be a good idea for market image.

The new innovation of VAS service which already introduced by two CDMA telecommunication companies, Bakrie Telecom and Telkom are  a service based on BREW platform which embedded on the bundling mobile phone. A service that related to Islamic content from Bakrie Telecom and Telkom was responded well by their subscribers. Many application related to Islamic can be access by their subscriber from both telecommunication companies such as Islamic ring tone, reading Quaran, Azan reminding, Islamic download content such as wall paper, Islamic speech , Islamic book etc

It was that Bakrie Telecom launched this service few years ago which called ESIA Hidayah than it was followed by Telkom which called Flexi Muslim. Bakrie Telecom believe that as the majority religion in Indonesia, providing attractive telecommunication service from them such as ESIA Hidayah will be responded well by Moslem people. As the result as we can see right now there are millions mobile phones embedded with BREW platform flooded in market. Seeing this opportunity, Telkom offers the same service to their subscribers. Through Flexi Muslim, their subscribers can read Quran, Azan reminding, determining direction of Mecca and download many contents related to Moslem

Now Bakrie Telecom new BREW service product called ESIA ONLINE where there will be many applications there such email chatting, browsing and Facebook. Through the single mobile phone mobile telecommunication subscribers can access many applications. It seems that Telkom will also do the same to provide bundling mobile phone with the same featured on the single mobile phone

Actually this is ideal competition, two telecommunication companies with CDMA platform offering the same service. Subscriber can compare between both and decide which one they will use.
