To have high usage on WIMAX service, First Media understand well how to provide such serve to mobile broadband subscribers. First Media has prepared many innovation and ideas on their Sitra WIMAX so they can compete with current mobile broadband providers such as HSDPA and EVDO providers. The idea and innovation which they will give to their subscribers such as bundling packages, competitive tariff and affordable support service to maintain the subscribers such as responsive customer care. Even though First Media has invested much money to deploy WIMAX network, they should keep providing competitive tariff due to almost existing mobile broadband provider is giving cheap tariff
Therefore, First Media with Sitra WIMAX did not plan to have as much as mobile broadband subscribers. They should realistic to get mobile broadband subscribers in this launches due to some conditions above. More over they realized that First Media will be not the only WIMAX provider in Indonesia and new mobile broadband providers will come in the future with new technology and idea to gain as many as subscribers. Competition on mobile broadband in Indonesia will be tighter in the future
