The new idea of such tariff is also possible to give free of charged to each of categories and giving charged to others visited websites. For example, if mobile broadband subscribers select leisure package than they will be free while accessing to MTV,Itunes, Youtube, Flicker and Amazon. They will be charged in case they access others sites and so on
