For example, if previously there are more than five telecommunication companies offered mobile broadband service which have low performance, now they can create new mobile broadband service with more valuable. It was they charged so expensive to make calls to different network due to high cost of network interconnection, now they can reduce it since fewer telecommunication companies run the business
